Why, you ask? Let me guess: I like poetry, so I must like Yeats.
Wrong.
For one thing, his poetry isn't that phenomenal. And non-phenomenal poetry is a forgivable fault in most people, but not in poets, and especially not in poets well-known for their phenomenal poetry. If he has such a title, he should have earned it.
There's a more personal level, though. It's not just that his poetry doesn't suit my fancy.

I felt like some people need to hear it, so that they just might catch on: girls who cuss are NOT attractive. Ever heard of cursing like a sailor? Sailors are manly. masculine. So is cursing. It's not cute, hot feminine, attractive, or even sexy.It's just gross and vulgar, and makes people want to be around you that much less. It doesn't make you any cooler, and it certainly won't get you a boyfriend. I hate to be the one to break it to ya, but you're only annoying people. It had to be said.
